1. Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and the shipment cost is £3.50 (the Channel Islands are £4.75); each extra item we charge £2.00; for next day Special Delivery the postage rate is £6.50.

2. For shipments going to Europe, the postage is £8.99 and £6.99 is charged for each extra item.

3. Please note that we do not ship to PO (Post Office) Boxes, APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.

4. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date and deliverable.

5. After orders are received and payments are cleared, we endeavour to ship the goods within 24 hours; for orders received and payments gone through before 3pm, we ship the goods on the same working day. For First Class Recorded Delivery, normally shipments take about 3-5 working days.
