1. If you change your mind within ten days of purchase and want to return the items for a refund, you can contact our customer service team via email email@example.com to request for return. Our customer service team will send you an email to authorise the return. For items returned within thirty days from purchase, arrangement can be made for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. Products returned for refund or exchange MUST be fully packed in original packaging, undamaged, unused; an authorised email for return sent from our Customer Service Team together with a proof of purchase are required to send together. Failure to comply with our return policy will result in our rejecting to your refund or exchange.
2. In the event of sending you the wrong items, please notify us ASAP. We will send you an email to confirm the return. You are strongly recommended to return the item to us using a traceable and insured delivery agent such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mai. Please enclose a proof of postage receipt and we will reimburse you up to the value of £4.00 for the cost of the returning the item(s) back to us on the understanding that the item(s) has been supplied incorrectly.
3. If any items were damaged during transit, please report it to us ASAP (no later than 3 working days from its receipt date). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging together with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return postages.
4. If your items are faulty on arrival, please inform us ASAP (no later than 7 working days from its receipt date）Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you; and in this instance you will be liable for covering the return potages. Where any materials or goods being NOT faulty and defective, if the Goods are sent back by the Customer for an exchange, B&D Powerbase Ltd may replace the Goods with the ones in good working order but will NOT refund any incurred delivery cost.
